About our facilities

Although our facilities are the most modern and up-to-date you'll find in Grant County, Rose Valley RV Ranch will also satisfy your curiosity about this Old West corner of Southwestern New Mexico.
Our 44 acres have a long history in the county and were, for many years, the site of the Rosedale Dairy. You'll still see evidence of the dairy on the Ranch grounds, including farming equipment, water tanks and buildings typical of the area just before and after the turn of the 20th century.
The dairy served Grant County from 1888 until 1976. The Harsh Family operated the dairy from 1908 on, and generations of Grant County residents grew up seeing their horse-drawn and truck delivery wagons. Visitors to the dairy were often treated to the sight of Bruno, the Harsh's gigantic dog, being used to turn the butter churns.
Our building and wall bear photos and tools from this period, as well, we we'd be glad to tell you what we know about the starting of the Ranch. We'd also be pleased to tell you about our County and plenty of sites you'll want to see while you stay with us!
