Ranch Rules

1. Do not, for any reason, drive your vehicles or bicycles off of our roads or spaces onto the natural vegetation. We have worked long and hard to preserve as much vegetation as possible and you must stay within the already prepared surfaces. This includes cutting corners too sharp.

2. Speed limit is 10 mph.

3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

4. Check out time is 11:00 am.

5. No smoking in any of the buildings, please.

6. No washing of vehicles or RV’s.

7. We will not tell you what you can and cannot drink, however, should your behavior be seen as unacceptable due to what you are drinking, management will take what ever action necessary to correct the problem.

8. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

9. Your guests are welcome, however you are responsible for making sure they abide by all the rules

10. Propane grills only. No ground fires, campfires or charcoal fires.

Management reserves the right to address any problem and deal with it according to his/her discretion.

Rules for Children

1. Please do not play on our windmill or farm equipment. They are very old and will break.

2. You must hang out with your parents at all times.

3. Children 17 and under are not allowed on exercise equipment.

Rules for Pets

1. If you bite, bark, or appear vicious you cannot stay at the Ranch.

2. Please keep your owner on a leash at all times!

3. You don’t need to be hanging out in buildings unless you are staying in a cabin.

4. Don’t let your owner drive off and leave you unattended.

5. Be careful where you take care of outhouse jobs, as your owner has to clean up your mess.
